Welcome to esports.asiaxnetwork.site. By accessing our platform and participating in tournaments, you agree to comply with all official AXN E-Sports rules and policies.
🎙️ 2. Discord Voice Channel Mandate
Mandatory use of official AXN Discord voice channels (https://esports.asiaxnetwork.site/discord) is strictly required during all tournament matches. Private voice calls or external channels during active matches are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate team disqualification and elimination.
💳 3. Registration Fees & Technical Outages
Registration fees are non-refundable under any standard circumstances unless a tournament is officially canceled by AXN E-Sports. AXN E-Sports is not responsible for technical outages on the user's end, such as electricity failures, Wi-Fi drops, high ping spikes, or hardware crashes. Teams are strongly advised to register a backup player during registration.
🛡️ 4. Code of Conduct & Anti-Cheat
Cheating, exploiting bugs, toxicity, harassment, or account sharing will result in an immediate lifetime ban across all AXN tournaments and community events.
🔒 5. Privacy Policy & Data Handling
We collect essential player data (Gamer Tag, In-Game IDs, Discord ID, Email, and WhatsApp number) solely to organize tournament brackets, verify identities, and distribute prize pools. We do NOT sell or share your data with third-party advertisers.
