1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or participating in any tournament, event, or service hosted on esports.asiaxnetwork.site (the "Site") or managed by AXN E-Sports, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from participating in AXN E-Sports events.
2. Tournament Registration & Non-Refundable Fees
All tournament registration fees paid to AXN E-Sports are strictly non-refundable under all standard operational circumstances.
- Refund Exception: Registration fees will only be refunded if a tournament is officially canceled by AXN E-Sports and cannot be rescheduled.
- No Refunds for Drops: Team forfeits, disqualifications due to rule violations, or failure to check-in on time do not qualify for any refund or credit.
- Backup Player Policy: Teams are strongly advised to register at least one (1) official backup player during the initial registration process to prevent forfeits due to roster unavailability.
3. Mandatory Discord Voice Channel Requirement
To preserve competitive integrity and prevent third-party coaching or unauthorized communications during matches, AXN E-Sports enforces strict voice channel rules:
- Mandatory Official Voice Channel: All participating players and teams MUST use the official assigned AXN Discord voice channels (https://esports.asiaxnetwork.site/discord) for the entire duration of their competitive matches.
- Prohibition of Private Communication: Using external or private communications (such as private Discord calls, WhatsApp calls, TeamSpeak, or cellular phone calls) during active matches is strictly prohibited.
- Penalty: Any team caught using unauthorized communication channels during a match will face immediate tournament elimination and forfeit all potential prize earnings.
4. Technical Outages & Disconnections
AXN E-Sports strives to deliver seamless event infrastructure; however, individual connectivity remains the responsibility of participating players:
- User-Side Technical Issues: AXN E-Sports is not responsible for technical outages occurring on the player's or team's end, including electricity outages, Wi-Fi or broadband failures, ISP routing issues, hardware crashes, or high ping spikes.
- No Rematches for Individual Outages: Matches will not be paused, restarted, or replayed due to individual player disconnections or power outages unless the server itself collapses or AXN tournament officials declare an official technical pause.
- Roster Substitution: Teams with a registered backup player may substitute the backup player between rounds in accordance with official tournament rulebooks.
5. Code of Conduct, Anti-Cheat & Fair Play
AXN E-Sports maintains zero tolerance for unsportsmanlike conduct or cheating.
- Prohibited Software: Any use of aimbots, wallhacks, macros, glitch exploits, or unauthorized third-party software results in an instant permanent ban across all AXN tournaments.
- Toxicity & Harassment: Severe toxic language, hate speech, harassment of tournament referees or fellow competitors will lead to immediate ejection and forfeiture.
- Ringing & Account Sharing: Players must compete strictly under their registered in-game IDs. Using another player's account is strictly forbidden.
6. Marketplace & Virtual Services
If purchasing virtual passes, tournament entry slots, or community perks through official AXN E-Sports channels:
- All transactions are final upon confirmation.
- Chargebacks or fraudulent transaction attempts will result in immediate blacklisting from AXN events and associated legal reporting.
7. Limitation of Liability
AXN E-Sports and its operators (ASIA X NETWORK SMC-PVT LTD) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to participate in tournament events or platform outages.
